TLA Fitness has over 50 years of Personal Training experience within our team and we aim to ensure that every one of our TLA clients is on track and receiving the best possible training programme to reach the maximum outcome and gain. Step 1 - Contact TLA Fitness and let's find a suitable time to meet face-to-face, ideally at the TLA Studio so you can see just how good our TLA Studio is for Personal Training and to really discover who we are.
Step 2 - Organise your Personal Training calendar (times & dates) to suit and start planning some training goals so we can really get focused on the journey ahead.
Step 3 - Training begins, the fun begins, and the goals start reeling in. This is where we really start to get down to the nuts and bolts of your training programme and forming a great training relationship.

Terms and Conditions Should you need to cancel a Personal training session, 24hrs notice is required otherwise the full session prices is incurred.
If you are cancelling a block purchase of Personal Training sessions 50% will be charged from the remaining sessions.
