Pilates stretch is based on pilates exercises from the APPI method and incorprates mobilisation and stretching exercises as part of the weekly routine. The exercises are planned so that all levels of ability can participate and are pushed to progress at a pace that is suitable for them. This class is also good for those that want to improve their flexibility and reduce muscle tone in key areas such as the gluteal and shoulder muscles.
Pilates stretch is on Friday mornings at 7am(Sunningwell Village Hall)
£8 per session if you purchase the full block of 6 sessions(£48) or £12 pay as you go.
