TLA Strength Course
The TLA Fitness team have been running and developing the new TLA Strength courses which have been a huge success! With Heather Grimes and Tony White both heading up the Strength courses there is a huge emphasis on technique and getting it right from the start. With knowing the importance of strength training the delivery of the course is progressive and anyone can take part.
INTERESTED IN...GETTING STRONG AND FITTER, DEVELOPING BETTER BODY MECHANICS, KEEPING THE WEIGHT OFF FOR GOOD, IMPROVING ENERGY LEVELS, BURNING MORE CALORIES & LOOKING AMAZING IN THOSE SUMMER OUTFITS?
IN THIS UPCOMING STRENGTH COURSE WE WILL BE REVISING AND EXPANDING ON THE PRINCIPLES THAT WERE LEARNT ON THE FIRST COURSE. WE WILL ALSO BE USING THIS STRENGTH IN THE OUTDOORS IN A MORE UNPREDICTABLE/FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT. TYRE FLIPS, FARMERS WALKS, SLED DRAGS AND ROPE PULLS WILL ALL PUT YOUR NEW FOUND STRENGTH TO THE TEST! THIS IS A VERY EXCITING COURSE TO BE PART OF, SO, WHY NOT BE PART OF IT...:)
The TLA Strength course takes place every Saturday at 9am, meeting at the TLA Studio, Sunningwell, OX13 6RD. For the full 13 week course the price is £130.00.
