UF is run in a HIIT style format combining the TRX suspension trainer and the Spin bikes and very will be aimed at those who wish to have a cardio/strength/high energy/fun and seriously effective workout in 45 minutes. This class will be aimed at beginners but can easily cater for intermediate standards also. The class is split into two with 50% working on TRX and 50% working on Spin bikes, both with differing programmes and working for short, high intensity intervals. If you have not trained with TRX before then this is the perfect start for you! In October 2019 TLA will be introducing further weighted kit to provide good variation in all the UF workouts, think along the line of high repetition and getting a good muscular endurance workout.
